Booking Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment, serving as a reservation on our calendar and contributing to your total investment. Your appointment is confirmed upon deposit receipt, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

Rescheduling policy
Rescheduling is allowed with 72 hours' notice.
Cancellation Policy
A 72-hour notice is needed for cancellations or rescheduling. The initial non-refundable deposit counts towards future treatment cost.
Requests should be submitted by text or email.
No Show, Last Minute Cancellation, Late Policy
No shows, multiple rescheduling or last minute cancellations (less than 72 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. In this case, your deposit will NOT count towards your future treatment.
If you are running more then 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
Please keep in mind, your scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between you and our salon. We reserve the time just for you. On our end, we do our best to make sure that we stay on time so you don’t have to wait unnecessarily. On your end, we ask that you make every effort to keep your commitment - to show up to your appointments and to show up on time.
If any blood thinners are consumed 72 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled, resulting in a forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be necessary to re-book. Please refer to the pre-care instructions for known blood thinners.
If you fail to show to your appointment, without any advanced notice, your artist reserves the right to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited.
Touch-Up Policy
Touch-ups are for clients of Beauty Inked or Inked Beauty Bar who received their initial appointment with Beauty Inked. If you have previous work from another artist, it will be considered a cover-up or correction. Please contact us for more details.
Permanent Makeup is at least a 2 appointment treatment. The initial appointment is to set the foundation of the treatment. The second session is to fill in any areas that may have healed light, patchy, and to help with overall retention.
If your initial touch-up appointment exceeds 10 weeks from the day of your treatment, the price for the touch up will increase.
It is the clients responsibility to schedule their touch-up in a timely manner to ensure there is an appointment available. Our availability may be compacted at times and appointments may not always be available.
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is also required when booking a touch-up appointment.
RESPECT & REFUSAL OF SERVICES
Beauty Inked, Inked Beauty Bar, and artist operating at Inked Beauty Bar, can refuse service to any individual who does not follow the policies. If the client has unrealistic expectations, Beauty Inked, Inked Beauty Bar, and artists operating at Inked Beauty Bar have the right to refuse service.
At Beauty Inked, Inked Beauty Bar, we value the premium services and respect that we provide to our clients. If the client and artist relationship is not compatible and if there is any sign of tension, the artist has the right to refuse service to the client and cancel the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled for any reason, the commitment fee will be forfeited.
