Before scheduling your appointment, make sure you are an ideal candidate for your chosen procedure by reviewing the "Before You Book - Frequently Asked Questions" page. It is essential to read and comprehend all the information and policies provided below to ensure you are well-informed before proceeding with your booking.

I highly recommend that new clients schedule their initial appointments at least two month in advance of any planned vacations, weddings, or special occasions. This timeframe allows ample healing for both the initial appointment and the subsequent perfecting touch-up appointment scheduled 6-12 weeks later. Understanding these details beforehand is crucial for a successful and satisfying experience.

Important Considerations Before Booking

Before scheduling your appointment for any of our permanent makeup services, it's essential to be aware of certain factors that might affect your eligibility. Please consult with your artist before booking if you have any of the known skin or medical conditions listed below. In some cases, your artist may require a physician's letter of consent for your appointment. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

  • Under the age of 18

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Tendency of keloid scars

  • Hair transplant in area of service

  • Bleeding disorders: hemophilia

  • Autoimmune disorders: Lupus, frontal fibrosing alopecia, Hypo or Hyperthyroidism

  • Uncontrolled Diabetes

  • Heart condition

  • Individual’s on blood thinners

  • Rashes, active open wounds, skin tags, or any skin condition in treatment area

  • Active Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis in treatment area

  • Chronic Acne in treatment area

  • Allergies: Lidocaine, Epinephrine, Pigments, or topical anesthetics

Booking Deposit Policy

For all new appointments, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. This deposit serves as your commitment to the specified date and time for your appointment. Cancellation, for any reason, will lead to the forfeiture of your booking fee. The commitment fee will be deducted from the total cost due at the time of service. Your understanding of and adherence to this policy are appreciated.

CANCELLATION AND LATE Arrival POLICy

To cancel your appointment, kindly contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Adequate time is allocated for each session to ensure a proper and unrushed process.

Clients with last-minute rescheduling or late arrivals excess of 20 minutes will need to provide a new deposit. Your artist reserves the right to decline further service based on these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

NO SHOW Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Your artist reserves the right to decline services for no-shows and may also refuse future reschedules. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policies.

COsmetic tattoo maintenance Guidelines

Cosmetic tattoos are designed to be low maintenance, not maintenance-free. Fading is a normal and expected aspect of all cosmetic procedures. As your cosmetic tattoo naturally fades over time, it serves as a guide for applying makeup on top.

Fading varies for each individual and is influenced by factors such as lifestyle, skin type, sun exposure, medication, and more. Allowing pigments to fade is crucial to maintaining the true color; excessive color can lead to an ashy blue shift.

To determine if a touch-up is needed, please email three clear photos of your brows for review to beautyinkedbydiana@gmail.com. The requested photos include a full-face view and side views of both the right and left brows. Photos must be emailed before or within 24 hours after booking.

It's important to note that many clients have been sent home, losing their commitment fee because a touch-up was not yet required.

*If you fail to email your photos and later find out a touch-up is unnecessary, your commitment fee will not be refunded. No exceptions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
